TELEPHONE CONVERSATION
In order to discuss your requirements with you we will make a telephone appointment. You will be able to give us more details of your proposed heritage or legacy project and ask any questions you may have about your project or the engagement process.

Share with us your preferred methods of communication and contact.
FHO Client Engagement Contract and Fee Document
Engage our services by signing and returning this form with the FHO Engagement Fee.
Once you have considered these documents and decided to engage our services return the last two documents to us by post or scanned and emailed. Then we will schedule to meet with you in person in the UK, or liaise with you by telephone and email or through a client intermediary, to discuss your project in greater detail, covering areas such as how your project will be handled, where and when it will be carried out, as well as discussing your personalised Non-Disclosure Agreement.
PERSONAL CONSULTATION
Wherever possible it is important to us at FROM HUMBLE ORIGINS to discuss significant family matters with you directly. In person allows you to share personal family details comfortably, to gain trust in our commitment to your project and to share any documentation or artefacts which form the starting point of your project. A personal consultation can be arranged at a venue in the UK which is convenient to you, or remotely. Where this is not possible, then consultation can be carried out by telephone and email or through a client intermediary. At this stage we will formulate with you the following:
FHO Personalised Non-Disclosure Agreement Questionnaire
Your personalised NDA is to be discussed and formulated at this stage and subsequently, for authorisation by email or post.
FHO Client Project Details Outline
Share with us at this consultation and on this outline any relevant information you have as the starting point for your project.
We will also discuss with you how often you would like to receive updates, starting date, timescales and projected outcomes.
Following this consultation we will send you by email or post your finalised personalised NDA and FHO Project Plan for you to authorise, amend if required, sign and return to us by email or post.
RECEIPT OF AUTHORISED NDA AND FHO PROJECT PLAN
PROJECT COMMENCES
INTERIM UPDATES
At the PERSONAL CONSULTATION stage we will have discussed with you how regularly you would like to receive updates and in what form.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Once your project remit has been completed we would like to deliver it to you in person or by your preferred method of delivery.
PROJECT CONCLUSIONS
